The platform enables businesses to communicate efficiently with vendors, partners, and customers through supported messaging channels, including the WhatsApp Business Platform. Vendocker integrates with business systems and automation tools to embed messaging directly into operational processes.

• API-Based Integrations – Connect Vendocker directly with internal systems, CRM platforms, ERP solutions, or custom applications.
• Pre-Built Automation Integrations – Ready-made connectors for popular automation platforms, enabling messaging workflows without extensive development work.

Where applicable, Vendocker functions as a technical intermediary between a business's internal systems and third-party messaging infrastructure. We manage the underlying technical complexity while ensuring compliance with applicable third-party policies and data protection standards.

Data Collection & Use

Vendocker collects and processes information, including Personal Data, for:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining Vendocker services
• Managing and facilitating messaging and communication workflows
• Enabling integrations with third-party platforms and automation tools

To deliver our services effectively, Vendocker may collect:

For communication and message delivery features, we process phone numbers and message content strictly in accordance with the policies of supported messaging platforms (including the WhatsApp Business Platform where applicable).

Children's Privacy

Vendocker is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from children.

Service Management & Customer Data

• Vendocker may access, process, or store Personal Data on behalf of Customers solely to provide contracted services.
• Customers control how their data is collected, used, and stored within the Vendocker platform.
• Questions about how a Customer uses or manages Personal Data should be directed to that Customer.

Security & Data Storage

Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill service obligations or comply with legal requirements.

Account Deletion

Requests for account deletion or data removal may be submitted by contacting support@vendocker.com. Upon termination of services, Personal Data is deleted unless retention is legally required or otherwise requested by the Customer.

Cookie Usage

Vendocker uses session-based and persistent cookies for authentication, remembering preferences, analyzing platform usage, and improving service functionality and user experience. At this time, Vendocker does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
